Premonition, Shooter

The wife and I loaded up on some movies for the weekend, so far we've watched 2 of them......

Premonition

(Sandra Bullock, Julian Mcmahon)

Linda Hanson (Bullock) is told by the local sherriff that her husband has been killed in an automobile accident. However, the next day when she wakes up she finds that her husband is sleeping next to her, and yes he is sleeping because he is still alive. This leads her to believe that what happened yesterday was all just a very real feeling dream, but was it? Is he dead? Is he alive? does she have crazy dreams? is she crazy?

Corndog Opinion:
This was a pretty good movie. It's one of the kinds of movies that has you think you know what is going to happen, but then something else changes your mind. Then when you think you have it figured out again, you guessed it, it changes your mind again.

It keeps you guessing all the way through the movie. and thats why I liked it.
Ill give it a 7 out of 10.
I'd say its worth renting, but I wouldn't buy it.

Up next we had.......

Shooter

(Mark Wahlberg, Michael Peña, Danny Glover)
A marksman (Wahlberg) living in exile is coaxed back into action after learning of a plot to kill the president. Ultimately double-crossed and framed for the attempt, he goes on the run to track the real killer and find out who exactly set him up, and why.
Corndog's Opinion:
It had alot of action, and I thought it was a very good story line. There is obviously some shooting to enjoy, alot of chasing, and throw in some evil corrupt government officials and youve got a winner.
Ill give it a 7.5 out of 10.
This is another that is a renter. I wouldnt buy it to watch again, but if you're a Wahlberg fan or a girl you might want to see it again.

Gotta roll with the corndogs out of 10 and you got it down. First movie seems all whacked out, not my style, but it sounds like it'd keep ya on your toes. Plus Bullock still gets it done, even as she ages. Second one I could see me watching just because Dirk Diggler is in it. He's one of those guys, I don't care how good his movies may be nowadays, he's always Dirk Diggler to me. And picturing Marky Mark with a gun always cracks me up, so that has to be good you'd imagine.

It would be pretty hilarious if you also reviewed the porno movies that you watch with your wife?
